Homemade Chicken Tenders

I love chicken tenders. 'Matter of fact I LOVE anything I can dip into ranch dressing. I wanted to make chicken tenders without using breadcrumbs because I wanted the chicken tenders to have more of a restaurant style flavor and texture. By dipping in flour twice the chicken tenders turned out crispy on the outside, just how I like them. (I would add to serve the chicken tenders with a side of ranch, but that's a no-brainer).
Homemade Chicken Tenders

6 boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. seasoning salt
3 beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
Vegetable oil
Dash of Salt & pepper

Whisk eggs and milk together, place in a bowl
Mix seasoning salt and salt and pepper with flour, place in a bowl

Heat about 1in. of oil to 350F in a large skillet

Rinse chicken and then place in flour to cover, and then place in egg mixture, then back into the flour.

Fry chicken 5-7 minutes per side or until brown
